Quality of small grains is very important to distillers and craft beverage producers. There are many factors affecting grain quality that are influenced by the agronomy practices used by farmers when growing the grain. The goal of this research is to match grain quality aspects with agronomy practices to meet the needs of both farmer and distiller.
