To enhance the ability to run a successful small business, SBAM has put together a variety of resources regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The goal is to give  necessary tools to be compliant, and foster healthy work environments.

Fermenta - A Women's Craft Collective

Fermenta welcomes women involved in all fermented beverage and food industries to join. The organization is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and directs funds to educational seminars and continuing education scholarships for its members. A percentage of membership dues and event proceeds are also directed into that fund.

Michigan Wine Collaborative Inclusion and Expansion Committee

The Michigan Wine Collaborative’s Inclusion & Expansion Committee is working to provide representation and advocacy for underserved people in the Michigan wine industry in order to increase inclusion and expansion in our industry.

Women in the Michigan Workforce Report

This report examines key information on the role of women in the workforce, addressing both recent challenges they have faced considering the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the longer-term gender disparities in the Michigan economy and labor market.

Michigan Brewers Guild Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee

In August 2020 the Michigan Brewers Guild established a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. This web page has been created for the Committee to share information and resources with MBG membership and will be updated as content is created.
