Craft Bev MI Way Photo and Video Release

Project Overview

The Michigan Craft Beverage "Craft Bev MI Way" project came out of a committee brainstorming session regarding ways that the Council could engage and bring value to consumers, while connecting them to the industry in a unique format.

Our goal with this project is to share a variety of personal stories and recommendations related to Michigan craft beverages from the restaurant and food industry in Michigan, while also spotlighting the restaurant or business featured in the video. These recommendations would be recorded in a video format, edited, and shared on the Michigan Craft Beverage Council social media pages with a request for the video subject to share on the restaurant/business/personal profile as well.

Release

I hereby give my permission to the Michigan Craft Beverage Council and LKF Marketing for the photographing, videotaping, and/or recording of my name, voice, and/or likeness in its publications. I understand that I will be used for commercial, marketing purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, distribution by print, internet, or digital media and open-circuit broadcast, closed-circuit, and/or cable television transmission within or outside of the State of Michigan.

I understand that there will be no financial or other compensation for use of my photography, videotaping and/or recordings, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.

I hereby release The Michigan Craft Beverage Council and LKF Marketing from any liability resulting from or connected with the publication of such work. Permission is granted for the duration of the media. I further understand that my permission or consent may be withdrawn; however, in order for the revocation of permission/consent to be effective, it must be made in writing and said revocation will not affect the publication or work that has already been produced.

The Michigan Craft Beverage Council and LKF may use my image, and/or bibliographical identification for publicizing and promoting the use of these recordings.
